Direct Rental
We market the rental of The Great Sandtini on VRBO but like to offer returning guests or their friends and family an opportunity to rent directly with us for a discounted price by eliminating the processing fees charged by VRBO. You can access The VRBO site shown below to check availability on the calendar and VRBO price. But contact me directly to arrange a direct rental at a lower price and easier coordination with direct emails.
Schedule and Pricing
Use our VRBO web site The Great Sandtini (www.vrbo.com/83342) to see 30 photos, layout design, the calendar, and VRBO pricing to decide on your trip details. Contact me by email for a 10% discount quote by eliminating the VRBO processing fees to guests visiting this site. Then use Google Pay or Zelle or bank check to pay a 10% deposit for the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before the arrival date. The contract can be cancelled anytime up to 30 days before arrival with full refund. A full refund will always be made within the final 30 day period for an emergency or illness.
